Overview
Original spinach juice is used to make noodles, which is rich in nutrients. Children who don’t like spinach can try it!

Weigh the spinach juice and the flour

Add salt to the flour, add oil, add spinach juice and mix with the noodles. Remember not to pour all the spinach juice in at once, but leave about 10 grams.

Knead the dough into three pieces,

Let it rest for 20 minutes and then press the dough

The dough machine presses it repeatedly to make the dough smooth

Sprinkle some dry flour on the pressed dough to prevent sticking

Bring out the noodles. You can choose whether you want it to be flat or round, I like the round one

Put all the dough in the basket

Boil a pot of water, add a few drops of oil and a little salt to the water. Once the noodles float, take them out and add a few drops to cool them. You can also use an electric fan to blow it.

The prepared noodles can be served cold, in soup or fried. It’s very versatile, feel free to choose how you like to eat it.
