  1. Weigh the spinach juice and the flour

  2. Add salt to the flour, add oil, add spinach juice and mix with the noodles. Remember not to pour all the spinach juice in at once, but leave about 10 grams.

  9. Put all the dough in the basket

  10. Boil a pot of water, add a few drops of oil and a little salt to the water. Once the noodles float, take them out and add a few drops to cool them. You can also use an electric fan to blow it.

  11. The prepared noodles can be served cold, in soup or fried. It’s very versatile, feel free to choose how you like to eat it.
