Overview

Since meeting Meitian, I have become obsessed with food. I often go to a store to try new dishes just to try to cook a dish. Meitian has rich and meaningful activities. Preserved vegetables are often seen in Chaoshan restaurants. They like to use them with porridge, to eat with meals, to appetize, and to help digestion. My husband loves to eat it very much. Sometimes I buy it for him in the supermarket, but he says it doesn’t taste good, it doesn’t have that taste, there are too many additives, and it makes it unappetizing. When I was shopping in Chaozhou that day, I saw someone selling freshly prepared preserved vegetables. The next day, my husband said he was bored and asked me to try making it. When I made it, he said it tasted like this and he liked it very much. When he returned to Guangzhou, he cooked it once without any trouble, but he couldn't get the taste I made. He strongly requested me to continue cooking it for him and was happy to share it. This was my second time making it, and I also took photos of the process to share it with everyone. The new dish was made with a completely different technique, but the taste was even better. It was unanimously praised by several picky people in my family, haha.

  11. Chop appropriate amount of garlic;

  12. Roast the pan until red, add an appropriate amount of oil, pour in the garlic, and stir-fry until the garlic is fragrant;
