Matcha red bean cake
Overview
I bought Qinglan’s matcha powder and received it just when I was about to make red bean cakes. I wanted to see how beautiful the bright green color was, so I kneaded part of the dough and made matcha-flavored red bean cakes. When baking, because I was afraid of over-coloring and turning yellow, I covered it with tin foil after about 13 minutes, and I was very satisfied with the color~
