Mint omelette
Overview
Mint is pungent and cool, and enters the lung and liver meridians. Pungent is used to disperse, cool is used to clear away heat, Qingqing cooling powder is a commonly used product for dispersing wind and heat. This thing seems to be mostly used to make tea, soup, porridge, and fried eggs. This is the first time I have heard of it. Listen to it and try it. The mint is growing strong in my own flower pot. I pinch a handful and add two eggs. Follow the usual omelette method and fry it into a round cake. It really has a unique flavor. The fragrance of the mint after frying is still there, but the cool feeling that penetrated into the stomach has disappeared. However, mint always reminds people of toothpaste.
