Ingredients: mussels (cooked), wild rice (peeled and washed), green vegetables (washed)

Peel the cooked mussels and remove the flesh. Set aside.

Cut the wild rice into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Place the green vegetables on the chopping board and cut into slices.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green vegetables and wild rice and stir-fry.

Then, add appropriate amount of water.

Stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked through.

Then, add the peeled mussels and stir-fry.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add appropriate amount of chicken essence.

Season, stir-fry and serve.

Remove from pan and plate.
