Boiled okra and abalone fillets

Ingredients required: abalone, okra, bell pepper, green onion.

Slice green onions lengthwise.

Take the outer part and roll it up.

Cut into thin strips.

Soak in cold water, preferably with ice cubes.

Boil the water and add some salt and oil.

Blanch the okra for one minute, or half a minute if the okra is very tender.

Remove the supercooled water.

Remove the root from the back of the abalone.

Slice the rest into thin slices. Be very careful not to over-slice the abalone. Only 3 to 4 abalone slices are needed.

When the water boils, add the abalone slices and quickly turn off the heat, cover and simmer for five minutes.

Slice the blanched okra and arrange on the bottom of the plate.

Drain the abalone fillets and place them on top of the okra.

Cut bell pepper into thin strips.

Place shredded green onion and bell pepper on top of abalone.

Drizzle a little sesame oil.

tablespoons soy sauce for steamed fish.

Finally, pour the smoking hot oil on top.
