Overview

Wash and dry two pieces of saury, cut it with a knife and marinate it with Sichuan Zigong Millennium Well salt and Laos lime chili sauce for half an hour. Place fresh lime slices on the fish and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes on one side. After turning it over, keep the same temperature and time.
