Cut the chicken into pieces, soak the mushrooms in boiling water and wash them. Pour out the upper layer of soaked water and set aside for later use. Discard any sandy soil in the lower layer.

Pour the chicken, mushrooms and soaking water into a water-proof stew pot, and add a little boiling water.

Add boiling water to the pot, cover the stew pot lid and pot lid, press the stew button, and simmer for 2 and a half hours.

After the soup is simmered, skim off a little floating oil on top, add a little salt and enjoy the nutritious soup.
