Wash the chicken feet you bought, cut off the upper part, blanch them for 5 minutes, put them into cold water and wash them about 4 times.

The blanched claws are split in the middle for better flavor.

Buy a bag of pickled peppers and pour them into the required container. If you like spicy food, cut the pickled peppers. If you don't like spicy food, leave them out.

I put a few green peppercorns to soak in the container. By the way, if the water for soaking the peppers is not enough, you can add some cold boiled water, vinegar, salt and sugar to taste and it will be OK.
