Grilled bean curd---fried gourd melon with bean curd
Overview
At first I wanted to simply stir-fry gourd melon, but I found that I just had a few bean curd sticks left at home, so I got inspired and made this unique dish: stir-fried gourd gourd with bean curd stick, you didn’t tell me! It tastes great! Gourd melon is a common summer delicacy among the people because it is crispy and sweet. I hope people who have little appetite in summer can consider making this dish.
