Take an appropriate amount of winter melon, remove the pulp and wash it.

Cut the winter melon into pieces about 1cm thick and use a mold to carve out the pattern you like.

Cut all petals and set aside.

Place in a pot of boiling water and blanch for about two to three minutes.

Take an appropriate amount of purple cabbage, add water, and put it into a food processor to squeeze the juice.

Skim off the upper layer of scum and vegetable residue.

Add two drops of white vinegar to the purple cabbage juice, and the juice will soon turn into a beautiful pink-purple color.

Add the juice to the previously cut winter melon and place it in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes.

Take it out and put it on a plate.
