Sweet Potato Meatballs
Overview
Recently, I saw a lot of fresh sweet potatoes in the vegetable market, so I bought a big bag of them. I bake them, steam them, use them to make porridge and make soy milk. I never get tired of eating them. I suddenly wanted to eat sweet potato balls on the weekend, so I just did it. The first time I fried sweet potato balls, I followed my mother's example and the finished product also tasted like my mother.
