Light butter bread
Overview
Since there was a lot of cream left over from making the cake, I searched for relevant recipes online and made some improvements myself. Low sugar and good taste. It is said that butter has more calcium and richer nutrients than butter that only contains Va.Vd. I decided to use butter for bread in the future.

Prepare the ingredients and put them into the bread machine in order of liquid first and then solid.

Pour 170g of butter and 180g of water into the bread machine mixing barrel.

After pouring in 500g of flour, add sugar, salt and yeast in three places on the flour. The yeast is covered with flour to protect it from the sugar and salt.

Put the mixing bowl back into the bread machine and start a dough mixing program.

After the dough mixing process, add 10g of softened butter at room temperature. Start another dough kneading program. Then take out the mixing blade and start the fermentation process. Take it out when the dough has doubled in size for about 30 minutes.

Cut the dough into 8 approximately sized pieces.

Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a shape of beef tongue

Roll up the dough

Roll it out again into a beef tongue shape and then roll it up.

Place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.

Place in the oven and ferment for 30 minutes.

Bake at 175 degrees for 35 minutes. Since the baking pans are on the upper and lower levels, swap the positions of the baking pans once in the middle.

Delicious bread comes out of the oven.
