  4. The soaked gelatine sheets and the water in which the gelatine is soaked are heated together with hot water until melted to form a gelatine solution.

  6. Use a whisk to beat the whipping cream until obvious lines appear on the surface.

  8. Pour an appropriate amount of mousse filling into the bottom of the cup and place a small piece of cake or finger biscuits on it.

  9. Pour in the mousse filling, spread another layer of cake, and pour in the mousse filling. Place the cup in the refrigerator to refrigerate for about 4 hours.
