Soak 3 grams of gelatine slices in 20 grams of cold water until soft (the amount of water in the formula), and cut out the mango pulp.

Put mango pulp, sugar and 60g of water into a blender and beat into a puree.

Pour into a large bowl.

The soaked gelatine sheets and the water in which the gelatine is soaked are heated together with hot water until melted to form a gelatine solution.

Pour the gelatine solution into the mango puree and mix well. Set aside.

Use a whisk to beat the whipping cream until obvious lines appear on the surface.

Pour in the mango puree and mix evenly to form the mousse filling.

Pour an appropriate amount of mousse filling into the bottom of the cup and place a small piece of cake or finger biscuits on it.

Pour in the mousse filling, spread another layer of cake, and pour in the mousse filling. Place the cup in the refrigerator to refrigerate for about 4 hours.

The finished product can be decorated with other decorations if you like.
