Cut off the okra stalks, wash and drain; cut the bacon in half and set aside.

Blanch in boiling water for 20 seconds and remove.

Take half a slice of bacon and roll the okra in it.

Heat the oil-free pan until it is 50% hot, add the okra bacon rolls and fry over medium heat until cooked through.

Take it out and pour it over the roasted sesame juice.
