Boil the ginger rice until there is no hard core and then dry it. Steam it in a basket for fifteen minutes. After it cools down, knead it as shown and knead the rice until it melts.

Fry sesame seeds.

Crush sesame seeds.

Spread the kneaded ginger rice into a layer and sprinkle with crushed sesame seeds and sugar.

Repeat this for three layers. (Depending on your own preference). Cut into long strips.

Just load it into a plate. Sprinkle with sugar before eating.
