Put the ingredients under cold water (except osmanthus, rock sugar, and lemon). After the water boils, cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Then add the rock sugar. After the rock sugar has melted, add the osmanthus. Cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Then squeeze in lemon juice (half) and turn off the heat after 5 minutes.
