Healthy snack - sesame snow roll
Overview
I make sesame powder at home, and except for a little bit when making glutinous rice balls, I don’t know how to digest the rest. I especially like to eat water chestnut cake. I wanted to make a sesame cake, but I thought it was too monotonous, so I rolled it up because my hands were itchy.

Sieve the water chestnut powder.

Mix water chestnut powder, sesame powder and 50 grams of water to form a slurry.

Boil the remaining water and sugar into sugar water.

Mix hot sugar water and flour paste to form raw and cooked flour paste.

Pour a small amount of the batter into a lightly greased cake pan.

Steam over high heat for five minutes until transparent, then roll up from one end after cooling.
