Preparation materials: low-gluten flour (cakeflour/self-risingflour), cornstarch, butter, powdered sugar, cooked eggs, salt

Soften the butter at room temperature until there are holes when you pinch the butter. Then combine the butter, icing sugar and salt and stir with a whisk.

Stir until the mixture foams. At this time, the volume becomes larger and the color turns light yellow. It obviously feels easy to stir.

Sift the cooked egg yolks and press with a spoon. Add to mixture from step 3.

Stir in the egg yolks and mixture until smooth.

Add the sifted starch and low-gluten flour to the mixture in step 5, and knead it evenly with your hands until the surface is smooth.

Divide the dough into about 40 parts, take one part and roll it into a small ball in the palm of your hand, and then use your index finger to gently press the center of the small ball. The small ball will be flat and a beautiful flower will form on the edge.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) for 12 minutes and take it out of the oven~
