Remove the filling from the Oreos and crush them. After melting the butter, mix it with the crushed Oreos evenly and then pour it into the mold and compact it. Then add boiled cherries for decoration.

Whip the light cream until it has obvious texture.

Pour the isinglass powder into the jam, add water, heat over water until it melts, and set aside until warm.

Pour the jam mixture into the whipping cream and mix well. Shake off any air bubbles and refrigerate for at least two hours.
