10-minute quick dish Garlic Tofu and Steamed Luffa
Overview
When I get home from get off work, I’m tired and hungry, so I make this simple and quick garlic tofu and steamed loofah, which can be done in 10 minutes.

Prepare ingredients: loofah, tofu, garlic.

Peel the loofah.

Peel the loofah and cut into small pieces.

Use a spoon to make a small hole at one end of the cut loofah.

Dig the loofah and put it on the plate

Remove the outer layer of garlic and chop into minced garlic.

Mash tofu

Mix the minced garlic and tofu with a little salt

Use a small spoon to scoop into the loofah pits.

Add water to a large pot. After the water boils, put the loofah into the pot and steam over high heat for 5 minutes.

Take out the steamed loofah and add chopped chili.

Dipping sauce: Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the remaining garlic tofu and stir-fry, add a little chopped chili, and finally add a small spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of light soy sauce, and salt to taste.
