Garlic Eggplant
Overview
Pickle some garlic eggplants, take them out when drinking soup, tear them apart and mix with sesame oil and vinegar. It goes well with pickles.

Wash the eggplant and set aside

Peel the garlic and set aside

Put the garlic into the garlic bowl and add a little salt

Pound into minced garlic

Steam the eggplant for ten minutes after boiling water, take it out and let it cool

Take one and cut it in the middle

Add a little minced garlic and coriander

Cook all the eggplants in sequence, then find a clean glass bottle, put a layer of eggplants and sprinkle a layer of salt all the way to the top, cover it and place it in the refrigerator, where you can eat it for a while.
