Brushed spring rolls
Overview
Spring rolls are a snack that must be eaten every New Year. In the past, they were always filled with shepherd's purse meat filling or bean paste filling. This year, bananas were wrapped in the spring rolls and a little cheese was added. They were especially liked by children. They can even pull out long strands when eating! It is also jokingly called the silky spring roll by children.
