Braised duck wings
Overview
I bought some duck wings, but when I cooked them, I felt that no matter how I cooked them, they were not as delicious as braised meat. There was still a little bit of the old soup that was used to braise the meat, so I used braised duck wings.

Clean the duck wings, add shredded ginger and rice wine and marinate to remove the fishy smell
