Cheese Cracker Balls
Overview
I have a small jar of Kraft cheese powder at home. I have kept it for a long time. If I don’t use it anymore, it will expire and be thrown away. I quickly found a recipe and made these small biscuit balls. The cheese taste is very rich ~ Ingredients: 170g low-gluten flour, 50g Kraft cheese powder, 100g butter, 70g powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp salt

After softening the butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar and salt

First stir by hand until roughly uniform

Then continue to use an electric whisk to beat until the color becomes lighter and the volume expands

Add cheese powder

Sift in low-gluten flour

Mix well until there is no dry powder

Use your hands to shape into long strips

Use a scraper to divide evenly into 18 portions

Round in turn

Then place it on the baking sheet

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes

Leave to cool and then store in a sealed container
