Thousand-page tofu is sliced and fried in oil until it expands.

Drain the fried phyllo tofu and set aside.

Add the reserved thousand leaf tofu, stir-fry for a while, and add appropriate amount of stock or water. Because there is salt in the bean paste, I usually don't add salt. Simmer for five to ten minutes.
