Remove the heads from the shrimp and wash them. Use a knife to cut open the back of the shrimp and pick out the shrimp lines.

Pour in cooking wine, stir evenly and then add dry starch. Make sure each shrimp is coated with starch.

Add starch in small amounts and often, not too thick.

Chop garlic and onions.

Put oil in the pot, sauté the garlic over low heat and take it out.

Add oil to the pot and fry the shrimp when it is 60% hot.

After the shrimps are fried, serve them out.

Pour the shrimp into a non-stick pan, sprinkle with cumin powder, stir-fry repeatedly, and then add the fried minced garlic.
