  1. Whip the cream until it has peaks when you lift the whisk.

  2. Add a few drops of vanilla extract to the milk and mix well.

  3. Put the soaked gelatine slices in, melt over hot water, and stir.

  4. Pour the cooled liquid stirred in step 3 into the cream and stir evenly.

  5. Pour it into the mold and freeze it in the refrigerator for 2 hours (it’s best to freeze it for more than 3 hours. I’m a quick-tempered person and I’m anxious to taste it, so I took it out in advance haha😄).

  6. I hurriedly took it out after freezing it for two hours. It wasn't that good after being frozen. It was already ugly, and I violently removed it from the mold, which made it even uglier, but the taste was still good.
