Overview
Yam beans are also called Lingyuzi. There are often kidney-shaped or oval bulbils growing between the leaf axils of yam plants. Their nutritional value is the same as that of yam.

There is no need to peel the yam beans, just soak them for a while, then rinse them repeatedly with water to remove the sediment;

After the water boils, steam it for about 10 minutes until the yam beans are soft and cooked;
