My favorite thing about yellow peach is its tangy aroma! It's simply too tempting. Yellow peaches that are ripe enough to be a bit soft, combined with light cream and milk, can be made into a summer treat - creamy yellow peach popsicles! The light aroma and cool and smooth taste are really addictive!

Cut the reddest parts of the tops of the two yellow peaches into small pieces and set aside. Cut the remaining yellow peaches and other yellow peaches into large pieces.

Place the chunks of yellow peaches into a food processor.

Add milk and whipping cream.

Add caster sugar and salt.

Mix and whip into yellow peach milk.

Sterilize by boiling water and put small pieces of yellow peach on the bottom.
