【Tianjin】Garlic ham and yellow cabbage
Overview
The vegetables my husband brought back from a business trip to Hefei are small and cute. They taste very tender and juicy after frying. Cabbage, also known as yellow cabbage, has a long history of cultivation in Xinyang and is a specialty vegetable in southern Henan. The leaves of yellow cabbage are round and pock-marked, with green outer leaves lying on the ground, egg-yellow inner leaves, leaf tips rolled outwards, and thick and tender leaves. Low in fiber, rich in nutrients, and rich in a variety of trace elements necessary for the human body. It has a long shelf life and is resistant to storage and transportation. It has few pests and diseases and is suitable for producing pollution-free vegetables and organic vegetables.
