Toast version of colorful vegetable pizza
Overview
Originally, I just wanted to make it for the girl to eat when she comes back from her evening self-study, and I didn't plan to post the recipe, so the photos of the steps were a bit lacking. Fortunately, it is very simple and can be understood at a glance. I didn’t expect that after I finished it, it would be very popular with the girls, so I thought I’d write it down and share it!

Take the toast slices and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Apply a thick layer of salad dressing. The amount of salad dressing in the picture is a little less. Apply more to make the taste more vivid and delicious. Sprinkle another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
-
Boil water in the pot, add some salt, drop a few drops of oil, first add corn kernels and green pea kernels and cook for 2 minutes, then add diced carrots and cook for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
-
Continue to spread the drained diced colorful vegetables on the toast, sprinkle with chopped diced sausage, and finally sprinkle with a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
-
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
-
Paired with milk, it’s a complete breakfast!

Look at this brushed effect.
