I chose this dessert made of safflower lotus root powder and glutinous rice flour, so the color does not look white and transparent, but it does not affect the taste at all. Dessert may be the most popular one at the New Year’s Eve dinner!

Prepare ingredients, glutinous rice flour and lotus root starch.

First dilute the lotus root starch with water. I bought it in granular form.
