Ingredients: One mango, sago and coconut milk bought from Taobao, used small sago

The sago was cooked directly without soaking. I used small sago. After the water boiled, put it in and keep stirring to prevent it from sticking to the pot.

When the sago becomes half white and half transparent, rinse it in cold water several times and continue cooking. When there are still white spots, turn off the heat, simmer for a while until everything becomes transparent, and then put it into cold water. Then add water just enough to cover the sago and keep it in the refrigerator for later use.

Put coconut milk, sugar and sago into a container, and dice the mango.
