Homemade Kung Pao Chicken
Overview
Kung Pao Chicken ~ I love it, but I can't stand the spiciness. Today I made a modified version of Kung Pao Chicken at home...it's just as delicious. Friends who can't tolerate spicy food can try it yourself!

Wash and prepare the ingredients, cut the chicken breast into cubes

Add cooking wine, salt, cornstarch and soy sauce to the chicken breast, stir and marinate for five minutes, set aside

Dice the cucumber and bell pepper respectively. Because this time I made it for two people, I only used half of the cucumber and bell pepper. Can be increased or decreased according to personal preference

Pour a small amount of oil into the pot and fry the peanuts first. Stir-fry over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the peanuts turn slightly golden, remove and let cool and set aside
