Nutritious nut cake
Overview
Every time I finish grinding the slurry, I always feel it is a pity to throw it away. I try to combine various ingredients to make food with different tastes. This time I used a cake made of nut residue, probably because of the addition of red dates. The strong jujube aroma is quite delicious. LG thought I was making a new rice cake. After frying it, it really tasted like sugar rice cake. It was so fragrant.

Almonds, peanuts, red dates and corn are soaked and ground into pulp

Strain out the nut residue

Add eggs, sugar and glutinous rice flour and mix well

Grease a flat plate with oil, use a cake mold to press out the pattern, and steam over high heat for 20 minutes
