Ingredients
Steps
-
Two pieces of frozen fish fillets ~ soak in cold water to defrost ~
-
Cut the pork into pieces
-
Marinate with one spoon of cooking wine, half a spoon of salt, half a spoon of oil and 0.4 spoon of cumin powder
-
I used frozen corn so I had to defrost it
-
Heat a non-stick pan and fry quickly over medium heat without adding oil
-
Fry until all sides turn white, then pick it up and do not need to fully cook it
-
Stir-fry the corn too
-
Once it’s soft, you can pick it up
-
Marinate the fish fillets with a spoonful of salt
-
Fry it first so it doesn’t take too much time to bake. Add a little oil when frying
-
Pick it up after frying.
-
Wrap the baking pan with tin foil and spread the fish fillets, pork and corn kernels on it. They should be spread out so that they cook easily.
-
After laying it out, you can sprinkle an appropriate amount of barbecue powder and black pepper on top~
-
Preheat the electric oven to 350 degrees for three to five minutes. Put it in and bake at 300 degrees for three minutes. Turn it over and bake.
-
It will take another six to ten minutes to take the test. You don’t need to bake it for too long because it has already been fried before baking~
-
Let’s pair it with rice~hehe~
