Salty Melon Seeds

Salty Melon Seeds

Overview

Some time ago, I was clamoring for melon seeds from time to time on Children's Day. I remembered the melon seeds I used to dry, so I bought a pound of sun-dried seeds while the weather was nice. Boil it first, soak it in the flavor, and then dry it in the sun, so you won't worry about children getting angry after eating too much. Moreover, eating such melon seeds does not make you feel dry, unlike buying ready-made ones, which can make you uncomfortable if you eat too much.
