In the summer heat, I don’t want to eat anything too cold. Guiling jelly is good. It's frozen, but it can also be used on the fire. And the method is super simple

Mix the Guiling paste powder and water evenly. If you are afraid of lumps, you can sieve it. Or mix it in a bowl first and then pour it into a small pot. There will be lumps at the bottom.

Heat in a small pot while stirring until it boils, then turn off the heat. Then continue stirring to let it cool down as quickly as possible. Transfer to a large bowl and place in the refrigerator. If there are any bubbles on the surface, use a spoon to remove them

This is leftover from my popsicle making. One is mango puree, the other is yogurt, and I use condensed milk to adjust the sweetness.

After three hours, take out the finished product

Cut into pieces with a knife

Add the two flavors from the ice tray and add some condensed milk.
