Curry fish balls
Overview
Continue to deal with the box of curry I just bought. I happen to have a bag of frozen fish balls in the refrigerator. I tried making curry-flavored fish balls and skewered them with bamboo skewers to make eating more convenient. I have never eaten curry before, but I am addicted to it. Haha, the curry taste is quite delicious

Chop onion and ginger

Fish balls, curry

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and ginger until fragrant

Add the fish balls and stir-fry

Add water

Add curry cubes

Bring to a boil

Add appropriate amount of coconut milk

Cook until the soup thickens and add salt to taste
