Pre-mixed flour and eggs from the supermarket.

Homemade yogurt, about half a rice bowl.

Mix well with a hand mixer.

Beat in eggs.

Pour in the premix.

Stir clockwise until there are no lumps of batter.

Put the paper cup in the baking pan, use a spoon to scoop the batter into two-thirds of the paper cup, and shake it slightly to flatten it.

Sprinkle with raisins. (It turns out that it should be mixed with the batter, because it is easy to burn)

Place the baking sheet containing the paper cup batter into the middle rack of the oven (preheat to 200 degrees for ten minutes in advance) and bake for 20 minutes (200 degrees).
