Steamed abalone with garlic vermicelli

This is my first time making this dish. I’ve eaten it out and thought it was pretty good, so I want to try it!

Wash the abalone and remove the shell.

Remove the guts.

Score the front of the abalone a few times to make it taste more tender.

Grab some of the vermicelli prepared in advance and put it on the shell.

Place the abalone on the vermicelli. After everything is done, pour the minced garlic and steamed fish soy sauce on the abalone and steam for 7 or 8 minutes.

Sprinkle the steamed abalone with chopped green onion.

Finally, pour hot oil on it. Let’s try it together!
