-
The red beans need to be soaked overnight in advance. I did it on a whim so I didn't soak them, so I had to boil them more to make up for it.
-
Put enough water in the electric pressure cooker. Because I didn't soak it in advance, I pressured it for an hour and a half.
-
Add appropriate amount of boiling water and use a wall breaker to make a paste.
-
Put 25g butter in the pot, add red bean paste, and stir-fry over medium-low heat throughout. Add sugar.
-
After all the oil is absorbed, add 25g of butter, and then add another once.
-
Fry until most of the water is gone. I have been cooking for more than half an hour, and my arms are very sore. Normally, it should be fried until the red bean paste does not stick to the shovel, but I really can't stir it anymore.
-
Put it in a container and let it cool down. This process will also dissipate some of the water, so don't over-fry it in the previous step.
