Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture, 1 green onion, 1 box of mutton rolls, some dried chili peppers/ginger and garlic/dried Sichuan peppercorns

It’s best to defrost the mutton rolls at room temperature in advance (I made this dish on a whim, but I didn’t have time to defrost it, so I made do)

Peel the skin of the green onions, shred them, cut the dried chilies into sections, and slice the ginger and garlic

Oil pan

Pour a little more oil into the wok than you normally would for cooking. Pour in dried Sichuan peppercorns, ginger and garlic slices, and dried chili peppers in order and saute until fragrant

Pour in thawed mutton rolls

Stir-fry the mutton rolls until cooked

Pour in shredded scallions

Stir-fry over high heat for 1-2 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to taste, stir evenly, and serve
