Divide the egg paste into 3 pieces and use 2 pieces

Put mango pulp + yogurt + sugar into a food processor and mix into a paste

Soak gelatine sheets in cold water in advance, drain the water, and heat over water to melt into liquid form

Add to the mango paste and mix well
