Wash the green peppers and remove the seeds!

Cut the green peppers and set aside!

Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the minced garlic, add some salt and sauté the minced garlic!

Pour in the green peppers and start sautéing for a few minutes!

After frying for a few minutes, add some water to prevent the pan from burning! Keep the lid on for a few minutes! Until it's green!
