Chestnuts are a must-eat delicacy in autumn. Today I bought oil chestnuts. Although oil chestnuts are small in size, they have thin skin and are relatively sweet. Once roasted in the oven, they are delicious!

Cut each one, cut them all.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spread it evenly in the baking sheet.

Put white sugar in a small bowl, add a little water and mix it.

After baking for 20 minutes, take it out, brush with sugar water, and continue baking for 5 minutes.

After roasting, when cutting the chestnuts, the incision must be cut through so that the opening can be wide.
-
Look for one that has not been cut through the skin and see if there are no cracks in the inner layer when roasted.
