Black rice and raisin biscuits

In the noodle shop in my neighborhood, there is a kind of black rice cake that is very popular. Because the weather is too hot, not many people are cooking at home recently, especially staple food that needs to be steamed and fried. When making it, the steamer-like kitchen will add a few more temperatures, so everyone still chooses to take out. Based on the principle of putting my family's health first, I looked at the people queuing up under the dust and scorching sun, and decided that no matter how hot or tired I am, I should put my family's taste and health first. Soak the black rice in water overnight, add water to the pot and steam until cooked.
