Fried corn with green pepper and tomatoes
Overview
In Guiyang, tomatoes are called Mao Lajiao, which refers to the kind of tomatoes used for cooking. They are not the pink fruit tomatoes. Green peppers are also called mountain peppers. This kind of pepper is very fragrant, thin-skinned, and not too spicy! Fried corn is moderately hot and sour and is a specialty of Guiyang!

Two or three fresh waxy corns, either old or tender

Break off the corn kernels, wash them and drain them!

One tomato, not too big, is enough, five or six fresh mountain chili peppers
