Nori, rice, sauce (soy sauce and honey)

Spread a layer of plastic wrap on the chopping board, add rice and cover with a layer of plastic wrap.

Roll into pancakes.

Use the stencil to stamp out the circle.

Place the rice cakes on the baking sheet.

Put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

While the rice crackers are baking, cut the nori into pieces.

When the time is up, take out the rice cakes.

Brush with sauce.

Add chopped nori.

Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for another 10 minutes.

Finished product. Make leftover rice look delicious and not wasted.
